Private Gaming Room

The private gaming room at Tabletop Commons gives RPG campaigns and small tabletop groups a dedicated place to play in Warrawong. It is designed for groups of up to six players who want a focused table away from the main store floor.

The room can suit ongoing roleplaying campaigns, one-shots and other small-group tabletop sessions. Availability changes around the store event schedule, so an enquiry is not a confirmed booking until the team replies.

Plan your room in three steps

1. Send the useful details. Include your preferred date and time, group size and the game you plan to run. If you have more than one suitable date, include the alternatives.
2. Confirm the setup. Tell us about any table-layout, seating, power or access requirement before the session. The team will confirm current availability and what the room includes.
3. Prepare the group. Once the room is confirmed, make sure everyone has the agreed time and bring the rulebooks, campaign notes, dice, miniatures, tokens or other materials your game needs.

• The organiser’s name and best email address.
• Your expected number of players, up to the room limit of six.
• The RPG or tabletop game you intend to play.
• Your preferred date and time, plus any flexible alternatives.
• Any setup or access need the store should check before confirming.
